    FMLA compliance can easily turn into a daunting task without a proper understanding of the basics. Join us as we discuss the fundamentals of the FMLA, including which employees are covered by the law, what situations trigger an employee’s right to FMLA leave, employer and employee notice obligations, medical certifications, and other FMLA essentials. This course is geared toward HR professionals new to the field of FMLA administration, or for those who just want a refresher.

Registration is required for each webinar separately using the links above. Each registrant will receive access to the webinar and downloadable materials to use as a desk resource. The registration fee is $50 for each lunch webinar and $100 for the workshop webinar. Payment is required to complete registration and is available through a Pay Pal account or credit card. Typically the HR Training Series is offered in-person and via video conference straight from our offices in Wichita, Kansas City, and Topeka. This year, we're going virtual. Join us from anywhere via Zoom Webinar. 

Certification

Each session in the Foulston Siefkin HR Training Series will be submitted for review for HR (General) recertification credit hours toward aPHR™, PHR®, PHRca®, SPHR®, GPHR®, PHRi™, and SPHRi™ recertification through HR Certification Institute® (HRCI®). Foulston Siefkin LLP is recognized by SHRM to offer SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP​ professional development credits (PDCs). Each session will be submitted for review. 

Please identify your continuing education (CE) preferences in your registration. We will distribute SHRM activity numbers, HRCI activity numbers, and certificates of completion as requested via email after verifying attendee participation in the live webinar session.

Note: Due to the webinar format, attendees who wish to receive CE credit must attend the live webinar individually on their own device using the link received in registration. Registrants who join the webinar with a group or other person on a shared device are not eligible for CE credit.
