Overview

Foulston Siefkin has represented insurance companies and their insureds for much of the last century. Today, our insurance defense attorneys have one of the most active trial practices in the region. Additionally, Foulston’s insurance regulatory group assists clients with insurance regulatory matters arising in jurisdictions other than Kansas. Foulston’s regulatory and administrative practices are based in its office in Topeka, the state capital of Kansas.
