Overview

Foulston Siefkin’s insurance regulatory practice includes representation of insurance companies, insurance agencies, individual policy holders, and corporate insureds and employee benefit plans in regulatory matters involving the Kansas Department of Insurance, including civil and administrative hearings. Additionally, Foulston Siefkin’s insurance regulatory group assists clients with insurance regulatory matters arising in jurisdictions other than Kansas. Foulston Siefkin’s regulatory and administrative practices are based in its office in Topeka, the state capital of Kansas.

Foulston Siefkin is the Kansas member of State Law Resources, Inc. (see www.statelaw.org), a national network of independent law firms – one from each state and four from the District of Columbia – selected for their experience in regulatory, administrative, and government relations at the state and federal level.
