Registration Fee

The registration fee for each HR Box Lunch is $60 per attendee per session and includes lunch. The registration fee for each Half-Day Session is $170. You can register by email, fax, or mail. Payment may be made by credit card or check. Make checks payable to Foulston Siefkin LLP. Completed forms can be emailed to lgolay@foulston.com. Seminar Locations and Time

The HR Box Lunch Sessions and the Half-Day Sessions in Wichita will be held in the Commerce Bank Center at the Waterfront, Foulston Siefkin's headquarters. Training sessions in Kansas City will be held at our offices in Corporate Woods. Each HR Box Lunch session will last from 11:45 AM to 1:15 PM, and each Half-Day Seminar session will last from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM.

Certification

Each session in the 2018 Foulston Siefkin HR Box Lunch Series will be submitted for approval for 1.0 credit hour toward aPHR, PHR®, PHRca®, SPHR®, GPHR®, PHRi and SPHRirecertification through the HR Certification Institute® (HRCI®) and for 1.0 PDCs through the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Half-Day Sessions will be submitted for 3.0 credit hours toward aPHR, PHR®, PHRca®, SPHR®, GPHR®, PHRi and SPHRirecertification through HRCI® and for 3.0 PDCs through SHRM.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

A full refund, minus a $25 administrative fee, will be issued for cancellations up to five business days before the event. No-shows and cancellations received fewer than five business days prior to the seminar are not eligible for a refund. Substitutions may be made at any time, including the day of the seminar.
