Profile

Quan Nguyen is an associate with Foulston’s litigation practice group in the firm’s Wichita office. He represents clients in a broad range of litigation, including commercial and civil cases across various industries at the federal and state level.

Quan earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law, where he graduated Order of the Coif. In law school, he served on the Moot Court Council, provided pro bono legal services with the Douglas County Legal Aid Clinic, and was a teaching and research assistant for several classes. Quan graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Washburn University, where he was named a Sibberson Award finalist. While at Washburn, Quan worked as the head coach and director of a local high school speech and debate team.

In his free time, Quan enjoys cheering on the Kansas Jayhawks and the OKC Thunder.
