Profile

Paul Renyer is an associate attorney in Foulston’s transactional and business law practice group in the firm’s Wichita office. Paul focuses his practice on representing businesses and their owners in a wide variety of transactional matters, including contract preparation, financing transactions, creation of business entities, and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Foulston Siefkin, Paul earned his commission in the U. S. Army. After graduating the Infantry Basic Officer Leader Course and several other training courses, including Ranger School and Airborne School, Paul went on to serve as platoon leader for two scout platoons in the 101st Airborne Division.

After his time in the Army, Paul moved on to law school and received his J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law. Paul’s law school summers were spent at Foulston, where he found a passion for business law. He dedicated his second and third year of law school to taking on as many business-law courses as possible, while also tackling an M.B.A. degree.

Outside of the office, Paul enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He also enjoys reading a wide variety of books, listening to podcasts, and playing chess.
