Mr. Stromberg is a partner with Foulston Siefkin’s Kansas City office. His practice focuses mainly on business litigation and protecting creditor’s rights in Missouri and Kansas. Mr. Stromberg represents a wide variety of clients in litigation, ranging from single-member limited liability companies to Fortune 500 companies. He has been selected by his peers for inclusion in the Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers® Rising Star list annually since 2014.

In his business litigation practice, Mr. Stromberg helps clients resolve disputes involving contracts, property rights, negligence, fraud and consumer protection, zoning, and other general business issues. He counsels his clients on a broad range of litigation issues, often helping his clients find practical solutions to complex problems. Given the increase of electronic discovery in litigation, Mr. Stromberg advises clients on strategies for preserving, gathering, organizing and reviewing electronic data in a cost-effective manner so that the cost of litigation is proportional to the size of the claims involved.

In his creditor’s rights practice, Mr. Stromberg assists his clients on a wide variety of matters, including garnishments, foreclosures, redemptions, and protecting claims during the bankruptcy process. He provides his clients with both legal and practical advice to help them protect their financial interests now and in the future.
