Profile

Madison Moore is an associate attorney with Foulston’s transactional and business law practice group in the firm’s Wichita office. Madison assists clients with a wide variety of legal matters related to real estate and business transactions, oil and gas production, and wind and solar energy.

Madison received her J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law. During law school, she served as an articles editor on the Kansas Law Review and as a teaching assistant for the Lawyering Skills I and Lawyering Skills II legal research and writing courses. As a summer associate at Foulston, Madison assisted with research on transactional and litigation matters, drafting memoranda, briefs, and client communications.

Madison grew up on a farm near Pratt, Kansas, and, as a result, she developed a keen interest in agricultural law, particularly water law. Her family’s farm has been in the family for six generations, producing irrigated and dryland corn, wheat, soybeans, and cattle.

A fourth-generation K-Stater, Madison attended Kansas State University and received a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance. She then continued her operatic training at the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music, where she was working on a Master of Music in Vocal Performance before deciding to go to law school.

When not at work, Madison enjoys running, going to concerts, spending time with family, and cheering on the K-State football team.
