Larry G. Rapp

Mr. Rapp advises a variety of businesses on general and corporate legal matters. His practice includes contract and transaction negotiations, sales and acquisitions of businesses and assets, project financing, including tax advantaged bond financing, real estate transactions, international business transactions, compliance with government regulations and changes in ownership among co-owners. Mr. Rapp has provided ongoing legal counsel to health care providers, an aircraft financer, real estate developers and manufacturers. Mr. Rapp enjoys Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory’s highest “AV” rating for lawyers and has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America® continuously since 2009. In 2013, he was named by Best Lawyers® the Wichita Corporate Law “Lawyer of the Year.” Mr. Rapp is a member of the firm’s Agribusiness industry group.
