Gordon Kirsten has been advising tech companies for more than fifteen years. His practice has an emphasis in the areas of information technology, intellectual property law, open source software, data licensing, cybersecurity, and privacy law, and includes counseling clients and negotiating a broad range of business relationships and contracts in these areas.
