Wetta Recognized in Benchmark's "Under 40 Hotlist" 2017

Foulston Siefkin partner Rachel Wetta was named to Benchmark Litigation’s second annual edition of their “Under 40 Hotlist,” which honors the achievements of the nation’s “most promising” legal partners under the age of 40. The list is compiled through a process of peer review and case examination.
Wetta joined the firm in 2011. As a trial lawyer, she represents clients in a variety of litigation matters in both state and federal court, including insurance defense, contract disputes, creditors’ rights, torts, and employment litigation.
She is a member of the Kansas Association of Defense Counsel, as well as the state and local bar associations. She has served the Wichita Bar Association as Social Chair, Vice President, and presently, President Elect of the Young Lawyers Section. Wetta is also on the boards for the Wichita Area Sexual Assault Center and KPTS Channel 8.
Wetta received her J.D. with distinction from the University of Iowa, and her B.A. from Coe College, where she graduated cum laude.
