Foulston Names Schulte Partner

Foulston Siefkin LLP has elected Alex W. Schulte as a partner in the firm. Alex officially joined Foulston in 2013 and previously clerked with the firm as a summer associate.
Alex is a member of the firm's Health Law Practice Group. His practice is focused on healthcare transactions and regulatory compliance representing a wide variety of healthcare providers, including surgical centers, physician groups, physical and occupational therapy providers, home-health providers, and for-profit, non-profit, governmental, and critical access hospitals.
Alex currently serves as president of the Health Law Section of the Kansas Bar Association and on the board of the Kansas Association of Hospital Attorneys. He is also a frequent speaker on health law-related topics and contributing author to the Health Law Chapter of the Kansas Bar Association's Annual Survey.
