Crouse Named to Benchmark Litigation’s Inaugural "Under 40 Hot List"

Overland Park, KS (August 15, 2016) – Foulston Siefkin partner Toby Crouse was recently named to Benchmark Litigation’s first ever “Under 40 Hot List,” which honors the achievements of the nation’s most accomplished legal partners under the age of 40. The list is compiled through a process of peer review and case examination.
Crouse joined Foulston Siefkin law firm in 2007. He represents financial, manufacturing, and municipal clients on matters concerning constitutional, U.C.C., and general business litigation issues before state and federal trial and appellate courts.
