Attorney Molly Morgan Joins Foulston Siefkin LLP in Wichita

Wichita, KAN.  – Molly Morgan has joined Foulston Siefkin LLP’s transactional practice group in the Wichita office. Molly’s practice focuses on the energy and utilities industry, including local counsel support of independent power producers and developers of renewable energy and energy storage; landowners and counties related to hosting renewable energy and energy storage; businesses interested in using Kansas-generated renewable energy; and regulation of power markets and utilities such as by the Kansas Corporation Commission and the Southwest Power Pool. She has a particular interest in helping clients on matters related to climate impact, sustainability, and resiliency.

During law school, Molly conducted research on solar geoengineering technologies and governance at an international level, the global energy transition, and various public international law issues, working with Washburn University School of Law professor Craig Martin. She was selected as a Foulston summer associate for two years, and previously worked at Foulston as a legal administrative assistant to explore her interest in the legal profession.

Molly earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Fort Hays State magna cum laude, followed by Washburn University School of Law, where she graduated with her Juris Doctor. At Washburn, Molly made Dean’s Honors and served as Articles Editor for the Washburn Law Journal.
