Mr. Peck has served clients at Foulston Siefkin since 1996 and concentrates on water law and real estate transactional work. He taught classes in family law, land transactions, water law, and contracts at the University of Kansas School of Law for 41 years and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America©.

Mr. Peck’s work at Foulston Siefkin has been primarily in water rights transactional work, including buying, selling, changing, and preserving water rights and representing clients before the Division of Water Resources of the Kansas State Department of Agriculture. His clients have included cities, industries, golf courses, farmers, developers, and estates.
