Wes Kimmel is a member of Foulston’s real estate, energy, and environmental law practice group. He focuses his practice in the areas of environmental law and commercial real estate, and assists clients in a variety of transactional matters, including real estate sales and acquisitions, commercial leasing, and the due diligence and resolution of title issues critical to commercial development and wind energy projects. Wes also routinely works with environmental issues related to the sale, acquisition, and development of real estate.
Outside of his practice, Wes enjoys hunting on his family’s land in Kansas, training for marathons, and exploring the Flint Hills on his gravel bike.
