Gabriella C. Grause

Gabriella Grause is an associate with Foulston’s health law practice group in the firm’s Wichita office. She received her J.D. from Washburn University School of Law. Gabriella previously clerked with Foulston as a summer associate in 2018 and 2019. During that time, she researched and drafted memoranda on issues regarding contract modifications, potential facts issues precluding summary judgment, indemnification agreements, contract disputes, and Kansas’s Corporate Practice of Medicine Doctrine.

As an undergraduate, Gabriella interned for the Hon. Pat Roberts in Washington, D.C. She attended Congressional hearings and briefings on policy issues, including healthcare, immigration, and national security. She was selected to represent Benedictine College at the 68^th Annual Student Conference on U.S. Affairs at the United States Military Academy at West Point where civilian student delegates engaged in roundtable discussion with West Point cadets to prepare foreign policy proposals on present and developing foreign policy issues.

A native of Wichita, Gabriella is excited to be back after seven years of undergraduate studies and law school. Outside of the office, Gabriella spends most of her time with family, from weekly Wednesday night dinners in Wichita to weekend trips to visit family in Topeka. While she is excited about her new title as an attorney, she is most proud of her new title as “Aunt.”
