Nicki Rose is an associate with Foulston litigation practice group in the firm’s Wichita office. Nicki joined the firm after clerking for The Hon. Daniel D. Crabtree in the United States District Court of the District of Kansas, where she researched and analyzed both civil and criminal issues and participated in various trial-related tasks. During law school at The University of Kansas, Nicki volunteered as an intern for The Hon. Steve Leben in the Kansas Court of Appeals, which provided her with a unique perspective on the appellate process in Kansas.
In her spare time, Nicki works with various charitable and volunteer organizations and is also an avid horsewoman and gardener. Though new to Wichita, Nicki is a life-long Kansan and enjoys serving those in her community.
