Profile

Nicki Rose is an attorney with Foulston Siefkin's litigation practice group in the firm’s Wichita office. Nicki assists businesses and individuals in all manner of pre-litigation and litigation matters. Her practice ranges from representing clients in contract disputes and personal injury cases to helping clients protect their businesses when faced with collection and recovery problems. 

Nicki joined the firm in 2017 after clerking for The Hon. Daniel D. Crabtree in the United States District Court for the District of Kansas, where she researched and analyzed both civil and criminal issues and participated in various trial-related tasks. While attending The University of Kansas School of Law, Nicki volunteered as a research intern for The Hon. Steve Leben in the Kansas Court of Appeals, which provided her with a unique perspective on the appellate process in Kansas.

Nicki is a life-long Kansan and enjoys serving those in her community. In her spare time, Nicki works with various charitable and volunteer organizations and is an avid horsewoman and gardener.
