Ms. Dyer practices in the areas of commercial, complex, and general litigation. Her litigation experience includes multiple jury trials and administrative proceedings involving a wide array of subjects including trade secrets, business torts, commercial transactions, contract disputes, noncompetition clauses, consumer protection, personal injury, professional malpractice, and employment-related matters. She has been named a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, one of the premier legal associations in North America. Ms. Dyer has also been selected by her peers for inclusion in the Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers® list and The Best Lawyers in America© for her work in the areas of commercial litigation, professional malpractice law, medical malpractice law, and personal injury litigation. Benchmark Litigation has named Ms. Dyer a Kansas “Litigation Star” since 2013 and one of the Top 250 Women in Litigation in the United States in 2013, 2016, and 2017.
Ms. Dyer has served as President of the Wichita Bar Association and is a member of the Wichita Bar Association’s Ethics and Grievance Committee. Ms. Dyer also serves on the firm’s Ethics Committee. She is a member of the American Law Institute, Sedona Conference Working Groups 1 (ESI) and 12 (Trade Secrets), and the Defense Research Institute (DRI).
