Why Most Estate Plans Are Flawed ... Is Yours?

June 11, 2022

8:30 a.m. to noon
Commerce Conference Room at Foulston Siefkin
1551 N. Waterfront Parkway, Wichita, KS

Join us for this free estate planning seminar with Foulston Siefkin attorney Tim O’Sullivan on Saturday, June 11.

Seating is limited – RSVP by June 8 to or 316.291.9548.

Topics will include common estate planning flaws that typically can result in excessive estate or income taxtation, fractured family harmony, flaws that do not adequately plan for a disability, asset protection for beneficiaries against divorces, creditors, Medicaid eligibility or the remarriage of a surviving spouse that can result in the estate of the married couple going to a subsequent spouse upon the remarriage of a surviving spouse or such subsequent spouse’s family.

In simple, understandable terms Tim will discuss strategies that a high percentage of attendees may well not be aware of regarding their current plan or for incorporating in a new estate plan that can avoid such adverse and often quite expensive consequences.

Tim O’Sullivan is an estate planning partner at Foulston Siefkin with a masters in Taxation, 40 years of estate planning experience, and 25 years’ experience serving as an adjunct professor in estate planning at Washburn law school.
