Estate Planning Forum

Each year we look forward to sharing the latest developments and trends at Foulston’s Estate Planning Forum. Regrettably, we are postponing the Forum for the foreseeable months in the interest of everyone’s health and safety. In 2020, we were excited to announce a full-day program, packing all significant updates and expanded discussion efficiently into one session for your convenience. We plan to continue that format and are already working on the timely topics for you – here’s what you can look forward to when we return:

  • Planning for Beneficiary Designation on Tax Deferred Arrangements After the SECURE Act

  • Directed Trustees: Unbundling Trustee Duties and Responsibilities

  • Estate Planning Protections from Creditors and Predators

  • Recent Developments in Estate Planning

In the meantime, we would love to hear from you. If there are any hot topics or questions you would like us to address in future Forums, let us know by emailing If you have had company, address, or other changes, please pass on your new information for our future updates. You can make sure you're on our mailing list here

Stay tuned – we hope to be back with more information about the annual Estate Planning Forum date later this year.
