Corporate Counsel Series: Legislative Update

In this presentation, Foulston attorneys will look back at recent legal, administrative, and regulatory changes brought forth by the Biden administration and look forward to potential changes on the horizon. Our discussion will cover tax, labor and employment issues, and employee benefits, as well as information about the impact of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021. Naturally, we will also include a timely update on state, regional, and federal cannabis rules and regulations.
