Select sessions of the 2021 Health Law Institute (marked with an asterisk* above) will be submitted for review for HR (General) recertification credit hours toward aPHR™, PHR®, PHRca®, SPHR®, GPHR®, PHRi™, and SPHRi™ recertification through HR Certification Institute® (HRCI®). Foulston Siefkin LLP is recognized by SHRM to offer SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP professional development credits (PDCs). The full program has been approved for 7.2 hours of continuing legal education (CLE) credit for attorneys in Missouri and 7.0 hours for attorneys in Kansas.
Please identify your continuing education (CE) preferences in your registration. We will submit Kansas CLE credit for attendees who need it after verifying full-time attendance and participation in the live webinar presentations. We will distribute SHRM activity numbers, HRCI activity numbers, and certificates of completion via email after verifying full-time attendance participation in the live webinar session.
