At this time, the annual Employment Law Institute remains scheduled for May 12, 2020 (which falls outside the CDC’s current recommended period for suspending large events). We are carefully monitoring the latest guidance from the CDC and other government sources regarding COVID-19, and if it becomes necessary or prudent we will reschedule this event to a later date. Registration Fees and Policies
Please note: this seminar has sold out in previous years, so be sure to register early. Seating is limited, and space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration fee is $295 with a binder containing seminar documents or $275 with a flash drive containing seminar documents. The registration fee includes breakfast, lunch, snacks, parking, reception, and written or digital materials for all sessions.

Given the possibility of rescheduling and other uncertainty resulting from COVID-19, we will provide full refunds for cancellations up to five business days before the event. No-shows and cancellations received fewer than five business days before the seminar are not eligible for a refund. Registrations are transferable, including the day of the seminar. Any paid registrant who is unable to attend will be provided with the seminar materials upon request.

This seminar is designed for human resources professionals, business owners, executives, managers, and in-house lawyers.
The 2020 Kansas Employment Law Institute will be submitted for review for HR (General) recertification credit hours toward aPHR™, PHR®, PHRca®, SPHR®, GPHR®, PHRi™, and SPHRi™ recertification through HR Certification Institute® (HRCI®). Foulston Siefkin LLP is recognized by SHRM to offer SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP professional development credits (PDCs). This program will be submitted for review. This activity has been approved for 6.5 hours of CLE credit for attorneys in Kansas and 6.6 hours of CLE credit for attorneys in Missouri.
