Register early: Seating is limited, and spaces will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration includes lunch, snacks, parking, and seminar materials. All paid registrants will receive a link to PDF copies of the materials prior to the seminar. The registration fee varies depending on how you wish to receive program materials at the seminar:

  • $199 per attendee - Receive a flash drive with electronic (PDF) copies of seminar materials. No printed materials are included with this option.
  • $249 per attendee - Receive a binder with printed copies of seminar materials.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

A full refund, minus a $25 administrative fee, will be issued for cancellations up to five business days before event. No-shows and cancellations received fewer than five business days prior to the seminar are not eligible for a refund. Substitutions may be made at any time, including the day of the seminar.
