Sexual harassment and other workplace issues are in the spotlight more than ever this year. Register now for this informative, entertaining, and highly rated full-day seminar, which will cover timely topics such as sexual harassment, wage-and-hour and FMLA compliance, the latest agency activity and court cases, and more. Sessions will be led by experienced Foulston Siefkin employment lawyers and a very timely keynote speaker whose topic has been in the headlines. This seminar’s goal is to help business owners, HR professionals, and employee supervisors more fully understand the laws governing the employment relationship in order to avoid the liability and high costs of litigation that could result from uninformed decisions.

Registration Fees and Policies

Please note: this seminar has sold out in previous years, so be sure to register early. Seating is limited, and space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration fee is $295 with a binder containing seminar documents or $275 with a flash drive containing seminar documents. The registration fee includes breakfast, lunch, snacks, parking, a reception following, and a resource book OR flash drive of seminar materials.

A full refund, minus a $25 administrative fee, will be issued for cancellations up to five business days before event. No-shows and cancellations received fewer than five business days before the seminar are not eligible for a refund. Registrations are transferable, including the day of the seminar. Any paid registrant who is unable to attend will be provided with the seminar materials upon request.
