Who Will Be Presenting?Foulston Siefkin employment law attorneys will be speaking on a number of employment law topics. This year our featured guest speaker is David K. Fram the National Employment Law Institute’s (NELI) Director, for ADA and EEO services. In this position Mr. Fram conducts in-house training on the ADA and other EEO issues for employers, including manufacturers, service providers, colleges and universities, law firms and bar associations, and state and local governments. He also performs independent and impartial investigations when employers are charged with EEO violations, including allegations of sexual harassment. Mr. Fram provides guidance to individuals, including human resource professionals and attorneys, concerning difficult workplace situations that helps resolve these issues in a manner consistent with federal law, and he assists in formulating effective strategies and arguments in on-going cases. Prior to joining NELI, Mr. Fram served as Policy Attorney at the EEOC, where he helped formulate the federal guidelines implementing the ADA. He is the author of Resolving ADA Workplace Questions, the definitive ADA compliance guidebook. What Materials Will Be Provided?All seminar attendees will receive a manual with materials for each of the topics presented. For an additional $10 fee, you may also receive all seminar presentations on a USB flash drive to take home. How Much Does It Cost?The registration fee is $215 per attendee, which includes the employment law manual, continental breakfast, lunch, post seminar reception and parking. For an additional $10, you can purchase a USB flash drive of all material presented at the seminar. You can register online, by fax or by mail.
