Who Will Be Presenting?

Experienced Foulston Siefkin attorneys will be preparing the materials and presenting at the seminar including Christopher Arellano, Donald Berner, Vaughn Burkholder, Boyd Byers, Bud Cowan, Toby Crouse, Tara Eberline, Jack Focht, Jeffrey Hurt, Christine Louis, Carolyn Matthews, Charles McClellan, Jay Rector, Forrest Rhodes, David Rogers, Teresa Shulda, Douglas Stanley, Matt Stromberg, Trish Thelen, Ed Watson, and Wyatt Wright.

This year we will also feature a national guest speaker, Chet McDoniel. Born without arms and with shortened legs, Chet McDoniel has experienced the discriminatory effects of life with a disability. Despite these challenges, Chet committed himself to instructing others how to work with and manage those with disabilities so that they may excel. Tackling both the emotional and physical challenges a disabled employee may face, Chet gives employers a unique insight into what it takes to create a positive and productive atmosphere for all their employees. Chet will also help us understand that living a happy life is the only way to live!

What Materials Will Be Provided?

All seminar attendees will receive a manual with materials for each of the topics presented.

How Much It Costs.

The registration fee is $195 per attendee, which includes the employment law manual, continental breakfast, lunch, post seminar reception and parking. You can register online, by fax or by mail. Payment may be made by credit card or check payable to Foulston Siefkin LLP. Credit card information may be faxed with the completed registration form to 866.790.9482 or through online registration. When and Where The Seminar Will Be Held.

The Employment Law Seminar will be offered at two different locations. Select the date and location that fits your schedule. On Thursday, May 6th, 2010, the seminar will be held in Overland Park at the Overland Park Convention Center; 6000 College Boulevard. On Tuesday, May 11th, 2010, the seminar will be held at the Wichita Hyatt Regency Hotel, 400 W. Waterman.

Certification.

The 2010 Foulston Siefkin Employment Law Seminar has been approved by the HR Certification Institute for 5.75 credit hours toward PHR, GPHR, and SPHR recertification. For more information about certification or recertification, please visit the HRCI homepage at www.hrci.org.It has also been approved for 7.0 CLE credit hours in Missouri and 5.0 CLE credit hours in Kansas.
