Francis J. Baalmann, Partner


Mr. Baalmann’s practice includes an emphasis on helping clients structure, finance, and complete acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, and other types of business transactions. Mr. Baalmann has successfully completed transactions across a broad array of industries including manufacturing, aerospace, facility services, oil and gas, restaurant, telecommunications, software and technology, finance, motel, construction, and banking. As a serial entrepreneur, Mr. Baalmann provides his clients both legal and practical advice and tailors his negotiation and strategy to fit his clients’ business goals.

Mr. Baalmann also works with clients on their procurement and supply chain needs. Mr. Baalmann has negotiated hundreds of supply agreements and regularly counsels clients on a variety of supply chain matters including warranty issues, pricing disputes, regulatory compliance, product liability and recalls, intellectual property protection, and global logistics.

Mr. Baalmann adds value through his extensive experience, zealous representation, continuous availability, and by delivering legal services in an efficient and cost-effective manner. When he is not working, Mr. Baalmann enjoys spending time with his wife, Rebecca, and five children.
